Verekintos Villa is a magnificent combination of traditional and modern architectural styles located in the outskirts of Gerolakos village in the foothills of the White Mountains in Chania, Crete. It is surrounded by a lovely terrace area, a verdant yard and a 30 sqm swimming pool. From the villa, the guests can enjoy a superb view of the sparkling area.

  

The surrounding olive trees and aromatic plants give to the visitor the sense of seclusion and privacy, and let him enjoy his staying far away from noise looking at the mountains and the stars.

Verekintos Villa consists of three separate buildings connected each other into an amazing complex. Each building contains a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom making Verekintos Villa ideal not only for families but also for groups of couples, or groups of friends.

  

• In the first building the layout is very spacious and you will find a roomy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, and an amazing gallery double bedroom. The living & dining room contains comfortable leather couches for 6 persons and expansive coffee table, a large wooden table with comfortable seating and an open warm fireplace for the winter nights, enhanced with a satellite television, a dvd and a cd-player. The kitchen is fully-equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary requirements for cooking a meal of your taste. A wood and stone staircase leeds up to a spacious bedroom with a comfortable iron double bed, plus a dresser with mirror and a small sofa.
• In the second building you will find the sitting room that contains a large sofa for 3 persons, an open warm fireplace, a satellite TV, a DVD and a CD player. One step next there is a small shower room. A wood staircase leads up to a double bedroom with french windows opening onto to a balcony.
• In the third building there is a sitting room with a nice sofa for 2 persons with a small kitchen and a shower room. A double bedroom exists upstairs, equipped with a satellite TV, a DVD and a CD-player.

All the buildings of the villa are air-conditioned for comfort on hot summer days. For any chill days possibly early and late season, there is heating throughout the entire villa plus the cosy fireplaces in the two living rooms. From all the buildings, you can step out onto a large terrace which overlooks the olive groves and the White Mountains.

The villa has also many facilities such as: washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, safe deposit box, hair dryer, first aid box, board games (chess, backgammon, playing cards, monopoly etc.) and playstation, fine linens and towels etc.

  

On the exterior of the villa there is an extensive terrace with rustic table and chairs overlooking the superb view of the sparkling area. You can enjoy our lovely swimming pool (30 sqm) with roman steps, fully-equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas for relaxing, parasols and grass planted alongside. Nearby is a barbecue that you may easily use.

Your own private parking is right outside the Villa.
