The villa is just 5 to 25Km from 4 of the most amazing beaches in Crete: the beach of Falaserna (VOTED in TOP-10 most beautiful beaches in Greece), the beach of Balos, the beach of Platanias and the beach of Kolymbari.

The villa Sevi-Bella is a 60 sqm traditional building and is the smaller of two individual and private stone-builded villas that consist the traditional complex "SEVI". Each one has its private swimming pool, parking and beautiful outside-spaces. The complex was built in 1926 and belongs to Nikos Kalaitzakis family. Nikos and his son-in-law Eftixis have patiently spent 2 years (2002 - 2004) transforming it into a quirky and comfortable "retreat", retaining all the immense charm and history of the original building.

The villa is OPEN ALL YEAR, from January to December and is able to accommodate up to 3 persons. In a walking distance of 200m from the villa there is one tavern in the center of Mellisourgio village. More restaurants, fish taverns, cafeterias and super markets can be reached in Kolymbari, in just 5 km distance. Bars, clubs and nightlife can be reached in Platanias and Santa Marina in 16 Km distance.

Inside the property

Sevi-Bella Villa is a 60 sqm traditional stone-made building situated in two floors layout that can accommodate up to 4 persons. The villa consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a comfortable living room, and a kitchen corner.

  

The main entrance leads into the ground level that is very spacious and you will find the living room and the kitchen corner.

The living room is air-conditioned and contains comfortable sofas for 3 persons, cretan-style furniture, an open fireplace for the winter nights and electronic devices for entertainment such as a Satellite TV and CD-players. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the electrical appliances and a traditional table to provide self-catering cooking facilities for the whole party.

An internal wooden staircase leads to the second level of the villa, with the bedroom (1 double bedroom)and a the full WC/bathroom with Hydro Massage Shower.

The villa has many facilities such as: air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV in the living room and non-satellite TV in the bedroom, iron with ironing board, washing machine, safe deposit box, hair dryer, first aid box, fine linens and towels etc.

On the exterior of the villa there is an extensive pergolla-covered terrace with rustic table and chairs for romantic dinners, overlooking the superb view of the sparkling area: the Kolymbari bay, the olive grooves and the white mountains. You can enjoy our lovely private swimming pool (30 sqm) with roman steps, fully-equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas for relaxing. Nearby is a barbecue that you may easily use to organize a feast.

Your own private parking is right outside the Villa.
