Mouri Resort villa is located in the top of a small hill above Kournas Lake, with panoramic view to the lake, the Georgioupolis beach and the White Mountains. The luxurious environment of the fully equipped 115 sqm villa (2009 new construction), combined with an amazing private pool, the balconies and the beautiful flower's garden, is an ideal solution for quiet and relaxing holidays away from the noise of the city and a guaranty for unforgettable holidays.

  

The villa is OPEN FROM APRIL to NOVEMBER and is able to accommodate up to 4-6 persons.

In a walking distance of 200m from the villa there is the Kournas Lake, one of the most superb places in Crete with many traditional and fish taverns besides the lake. More restaurants, cafeterias, super markets can be reached in Georgioupolis and Kavros villages, in just 3.5 km distance. For bars, clubs and amazing nightlife the city of Rethimnon and Chania is the ideal place.

Mouri Resort is a 115 sqm, stone-builded villa that constructed in 2009 using a magnificent combination of traditional and modern architectural style. It is located in an 860 sqm ground area and is situated in two floors layout that can accommodate 4-6 persons. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (and a wc), a comfortable dining/living room, and a kitchen corner.

   

The main entrance leads into the ground level that is very spacious, decorated with stones and you will find a lovely living room/dinning room, the kitchen and a small WC, in stone and wood-made decoration.

The living/dinning room is air-conditioned and contains comfortable sofas for 4 persons, an open fireplace for the winter nights, a traditional table for romantic dinners, as well as electronic devices for entertainment such as a TV, playstation, DVD and CD-players. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer and all the necessary requirements for cooking a meal of your taste and a small WC. Next to the dinning room exists a small balcony with amazing view to the Georgioupolis beach.

An internal staircase leads to the first level of the villa, with the main double-bed bedroom, a second 2 twin-beds bedroom, and a full WC/bathroom. From each bedroom, that is equipped with air-condition, the guests can step out onto private balconies and enjoy the panoramic view to Georgioupolis beach, the Kournas Lake and the White Mountains.

The villa has many other facilities such as: iron with ironing board, washing machine, microwave, safe deposit box, hair dryer, first aid box, fine linens and towels etc.

In the exterior of the villa there is a very nice garden with flowers and stone constructions as well as an amazing private swimming pool (44 sqm, 1.70 m depth) with sun-beds and umbrellas. The guests can enjoy the swimming in the pool, romantic dinners in the terrace balcony, as well as the panoramic view to the Georgioupolis beach.

   

Villa has its own private parking outside the villa.
