The villa is OPEN ALL YEAR, from January to December and is able to accommodate up to 4 (+1) persons. Small beds (cradles) are also available for families with little babies.

In a walking distance of 200m from the villa there is the center of the Mirthios village, with two taverns and small tourist shops. More restaurants, fish taverns, cafeterias, super markets, bars and clubs can be reached in Plakias, in just 2.5 km distance. Rethymno is 30km away and the airport of Chania 90km and of Heraklion 110km away.

Mirthios Villa is a 84 sqm building situated in two floors layout that can accommodate 4-5 persons. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable dining/living room, and a kitchen corner.

The main entrance leads into the ground level that is very spacious and you will find the living/dinning room, the kitchen, a bedroom and a WC/bathroom.

The living/dining room is air-conditioned and contains comfortable sofas for 4 persons, an open fireplace for the winter nights, a traditional table for romantic dinners, as well as electronic devices for entertainment such as a Satellite TV, DVD and CD-players. The kitchen is open-type and fully-equipped with all the electrical appliances to provide self-catering cooking facilities for the whole party. Next to the living room exists a bedroom, equipped with 2 single beds, air-condition and a TV as well as a full WC/bathroom with a shower.

  

An internal wooden staircase leads to the second level of the villa, with the main double-bed bedroom and a full WC/bathroom with Hydro Massage Shower. From the bedroom, that is equipped with air-condition and a TV, the visitors can step out onto a large pergola-covered balcony with amazing panoramic view to the Plakias area, the sea, the olive grooves and the mountains arround.

The villa has many facilities such as: FREE WIFI INTERNET access 24 hours and Notebook available, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV in the living room and non-satellite TV in all bedrooms, iron with ironing board, washing machine, safe deposit box, hair dryer, first aid box, fine linens and towels etc.

In the exterior of the villa there is a very nice garden with flowers and stone constructions, a barbeque as well as an amazing private swimming pool (26 sqm, 1.25 m depth) and a small children pool.

The competitive advantage of the villa is the patio under a wooden pergola with chairs and tables where the visitors can enjoy their breakfasts/meals/coffees combined with an amazing panoramic view to the Plakias bay and to the mountains ending to the sea.

A private parking space for your car is available right outside the Villa.
