Loutra Resort is a group of two identical modern-style private villas, located in the outskirts of village Loutra just only 12Km from the city of Rethimnon, Crete and 2 Km away from the amazing sandy beach " Golden Sand".

The two villas are located in a small hill with panoramic view to the Rethimnon bay, the city of Rethimnon, the olive grooves of the area and the Psiloritis Mountain. The luxurious environment of the fully equipped villas is surrounded by lovely terrace areas, verdant yards, beautiful gardens with flowers and an two amazing private swimming pools (40 sqm and 32 sqm).

Inside the property

Each villa of the Loutra Resort is a 160 sqm traditional stone-made building situated in two floors layout that can accommodate up to 8 persons. Each villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable and spacious living room, a dinning room and a kitchen.

  

In the ground level of each villa exists the living room (30 sqm), with confortable couches, luxury furniture, air-condition, a traditional open fireplace, Satellite TV 32" and other entertainment devices.

The kitchen (15 sqm) is fully-equipped with all the electrical appliances and all the necessary house equipment, table and chairs to provide self-catering cooking facilities for the whole party.

The ground level also contains two superb berooms, 1 double bedroom and another twin bedroom, equipped with air-condition, bedside tables, wardrobe and dresser with mirror and a luxury WC. All rooms lead to the terrace balcony (70 sqm) with an excellent view to the swimming pool, the endless Cretan beauty, the olives groves, the moiuntains and the sea of Rethimnon.

An internal marble staircase leads to the second level, with another 2 amazing twin bedrooms (12 sqm) equipped with air-condition, bedside tables, wardrobe and dresser with mirror. One of them has a 14" TV. Opposite of the bedrooms exists a luxury WC/bathroom (6 sqm) with bathtub and washing machine. All the rooms lead to a big veranta (55 sqm) with breathtaking view to the Rethimnon bay, the olive grooves and the mountains. On the right side of the veranta exists a unique seperated room (16 sqm) with venetean curves, furnished with wooden lounge where guests can enjoy their coffee or drink.

On the exterior of each villa there is an extraordinary, stone made terrace balcony with panoramic view to the Rethimnon bay, the city of Rethimnon and the olive grooves of the area. Next the terrace, exists an amazing private 40 sqm swimming pool in the first villa, and private 32 sqm swiming pool in the second villa. Each pool has children corner and jacussi, is fully-equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas for relaxing, as well as many sport accessories for the children. A superb garden with flowers surrounds the exterior of each villa.

In the back side of the villas, you can step out onto a large garden area with beautiful view to "Psiloritis", the highest mountain of Crete and the olive grooves of the area. In each garden also exists a barbecue that you may easily use to organize a feast.

Each villa has its own private parking right outside it.
