Nio Chorio is a beautiful village 25 away from the city of Chania, Crete and 4 Km away from the sandy beaches of Kalives and Almyrida.
Nio Chorio is located inland from Kalives on the north coast of the island, at the mouth of Souda Bay. A relatively large village, it lies on good agricultural land in the Apokoronas, with groves of avocado, orange and olives around. The village is shaded by platania trees (Oriental Plane) and the Kiliaris river runs through it.
The village has many tavernas with traditional food and super-market. More restaurants, cafeterias, super markets can be reached in Armenoi village, in just 2 km distance. For bars, clubs and amazing nightlife the city of Chania is the ideal place. Chania is 25 km away and the airport of Chania 31 km and of Heraklion 115 km away.
