The villa is OPEN from APRIL to OCTOMBER and is able to accommodate up to 7 (+1) persons. Small beds (cradles) are also available for families with little babies.

In a distance of less than 1km from the villa there is a restaurant (in Souda beach) while tourist shops, restaurants, fish taverns, cafeterias, super markets and bars can be reached in Plakias village, in just 2 km distance. In a distance of about 5 Km there are other beautiful beaches like the Plakias beach (2 Km), the Damnoni beach (3.5 Km), the Amoudi and the Amoudaki beach (5Km). Rethymno is 30km away and the airport of Chania 90km and of Heraklion 110km.

Elkini villa is a modern and luxury building (140 sqm) situated in two floors layout that can accommodate 7-8 persons. There are four bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with shower and a large open plan living area.

The main entrance leads into into the ground level that is very spacious and you will find the living/dinning room, the kitchen, a bedroom and a WC/bathroom.

  

The living/dining room is air-conditioned and contains comfortable sofas for 7 persons, an open fireplace for the winter nights, a large dinning table, as well as electronic devices for entertainment, such as a Satellite TV, broadband Internet and Hi-Fi Music System. One step next the living room, there is a large terrace balcony (45 sqm) with amazing panoramic view of the Plakias bay and the mountains arround. The kitchen is open-type and fully-equipped with all the electrical appliances to provide self-catering cooking facilities for the whole party. In the same level there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a balcony leading off the bedroom as well as a full bathroom with WC and shower. 

An staircase leads to the second level of the villa, with 3 bedrooms (2 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom). Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a small private balcony with panoramic view to the Plakias bay. The 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom with WC and shower.

The villa has many facilities such as: air-conditions, satellite TV, open fireplace, iron with ironing board, washing machine, microwave, dish washer, safe deposit box, hair dryer, first aid box, fine linens and towels etc.

On the exterior of the villa there is a very nice garden with flowers and stone constructions. The competitive advantage of the villa is the large terrace balcony (45 sqm) under a wooden pergola with chairs and tables where you can enjoy your breakfasts/meals/coffees combined with the amazing panoramic view to the Plakias bay and the mountains ending to the sea.

A private parking space for your car is available right outside the Villa.
