Aretoussa Villa is a private holiday villa located in the outskirts of the beautiful village Armenoi, 19Km away from Chania, Crete. This self-catering villa can host up to 6 guests and is composed of 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining area and a kitchen.

  

Set in an elevated position in the area of Apokoronas, Aretoussa villa offers a panoramic view to olive and orange grooves as well as the White Mountains.

The villa is ideal for visitors who want to explore the beautiful sights of Crete because it is just 2.7 Km away from the north national highway, between the cities of Chania and Rethymnon. It is also closely to the shops and the excellent traditional restaurants in Armenoi, as well as to the sandy beaches of Kalives, Almyrida and Georgioupoli.

Villa Aretoussa is a two level building, that has been designed and built by its owner, Giorgos, incorporating traditional designs and materials with modern high standards and comforts.

• In the ground level, there is a private covered garage and a beautiful stone chair that leads to the main area of the villa in the first level.
• The first level consists of an open plan living/dining room with two large dark red sofas and an armchair for 6 persons, a dining table with seats and a coffee table. The living room has also an open fireplace for the cold days of the winter and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD-Radio player, and a books library.From the living room area the visitors can step out onto a large terrace with a dining table and chairs, covered by a pergola, and enjoy the panoramic view of the olive groves of the Apokoronas area and the White Mountains.
• In the same level the villa has three bedrooms: the main bedroom with 1 double bed and the another 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds as well as two bathrooms: one fully-equipped and another en-suite shower room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen room with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher washing machine and all the necessary requirements for cooking a meal of your taste.
• A small wooden ladder type set of steps in the hallway leads to the attic of the villa. In some cases extra beds can be placed there to satisfy the needs of larger groups or extra guests of the visitors. A door leads out onto the roof terrace covered by a pergola, which has a wonderful view over the entire area.

The interior of the Villa is air-conditioned for comfort on hot summer days. For the cold days possibly early and late season, there is a cosy stone fireplace in the living room. The villa has also many other facilities such as washing machine, iron and board, barbeque, welcome basket etc.

On the exterior of the villa the visitors can spend many of their time, by enjoying their coffee or food in the large tarrace in the first level, looking the panoramic view of the Apokoronas area and the White Mountains.

Alternatively, the visitors can relax in the garden with the beautiful flowers, the olive trees and the amazing swimming pool (35 sqm), leaving the children play safely around the house. In the garden there are sun-beds and umbrellas, as well as a barbecue that you may easily use to organize a feast.

Superb gardens with flowers, olive trees, grapefruit, avocado and orange groves surround the exterior of the villa.

Villa has its own private parking and a garrage in the ground level.

Facilities

Aretoussa Villa offers many facilities, that will make your holidays more comfortable, and satisfy all your needs and preferences.

• We will take care of all the cleaning. The room service will change sheets and towels upon your arrival and once during the week following prior notification.
• Linen and Towels included and changed twice a week.
