How to book a villa or apartment

 Make a booking request |
- Contact us via e-mail or fill the Booking Request Form giving us your details, the dates you want to travel and your accommodation type requirements or your request for a specific property you are interested in.
- Within less than 24 hours you will receive from us confirmation of Availability and Rates.
- In case the requested property is not available you will receive an alternative accommodation solution.
- At the same time you are given a booking option of 2 days. Within this period please let us know if you wish to complete the booking.

In order to finalize your reservation, an Advance Payment is required as a booking verification.
- The Remaining Payment will have to take place on your arrival at the property.

 Receive the accomodation voucher of the selected property |
- After receiving the deposit, we will send you an Accommodation Voucher Package. It contains full information about your reservation and the property, detailed directions and maps to the property, the name and telephone number of the property owner or caretaker who will be greeting you upon arrival.
