Manolis Apartments is a small family business of 7 spacious brand new aparments and 11 studios, located in Plakias village on the southern coast of Crete, in the province of Rethymnon.
The apartments are build inside plakias village within walking distance of only 100 meters from the beautiful sundy beach of Plakias.
In the 2000 sq.m. private area that Manolis Apartments are built there is plenty of space for parking, grass gardens, olive trees around the building as well as a spacious SWIMMING POOL.

  

The apartments are open from March until November every year.

Manolis apartments consists of 7 spacious brand new apartments (TYPE-B and TYPE-C) as well as 11 studios (TYPE-A) that are suitable for your holidays in Crete with your family or your friends. Each apartment or studio has a fully equiped kitchen, a private large balcony with very nice garden & pool view.

  

• Each of the 5 TYPE-C Apartments (60 sq.m) can sleep up to 4 or 5 adults. Each TYPE-C apartment has a spacious bathroom/shower, one separate comfortable bedroom for 2 persons, a seperate sitting room where 2 or 3 more persons can be accommodated, a fully equipped kitchen corner, as well as a private large balcony with very nice garden & pool view.
• Each of the 2 TYPE-B Apartments (40 sq.m) can sleep up to 3 persons. Each TYPE-B apartment is Open Plan designed with bedroom corner, sofa corner, a fully equipped kitchen corner, a spacious bathroom/shower, as well as a private large balcony with very nice garden & pool view.
• Each of the 11 TYPE-A Studios (25 sq.m) can sleep 2 persons. Each TYPE-A studio has a bedrom, a kitchen corner, a bathroom/shower, as well as a private large balcony with very nice garden view.

EQUIPMENT IN EVERY APARTMENT/STUDIO: Manolis apartments & studios are equipped for self-catering, including an electric cooker with two hot plates and an overhead extractor fan, and a refrigerator. Each apartment has its own bathroom with a shower area. A clothes-drying rack is supplied on the balcony. In addition, there is air-conditioning & satellite TV.

  

MAID SERVICE: The apartments are cared for by Manolis and cleaned regularly, with fresh bed linen and towels twice a week. From the entrance doors of the studios, at the back of the building, there is a panoramic view across the olive trees and adjacent fields to the distant hills and mountains. The vast open valley leads up from the bay towards the encircling mountains, offering a unique combination of seaside, countryside and mountain scenery.

FREE INTERNET ACCESS: Wireless high bandwidth internet connection available for FREE !!

PARKING: In the side of the apartments building there is space to park your car (for FREE of course).

WHERE TO EAT: In a walking distance (200 meters) from Manolis apartments you can find many tavernas with very good food that also serves breakfast.

Walking Distance from the Beach

In about 100 meters from Manolis apartments our customers can enjoy their swimming in the famous long sandy beach of Plakias.

In 5 minutes driving, our customers can also have access to 4 more beaches like Amoudi beach, Amoudaki beach, Souda beach, Skinaria beach and the famous Preveli palm beach.
